Import data

In this section, we’ll learn how to import raw GIWAXS data obtained on SIRIUS, using the training data you’ve downloaded in the previous section.

Load File

In the Load File window, click on Change to navigate to the folder containing your TIFF files. You’ll see the files from your folder listed in the Directories and Files window. Clicking on one of the TIFF files will display the image, still in pixel space.

You can already adjust the Scaling parameters to modify the intensity scaling, the colormap, and its limits. If you are unsure about the settings, click on Auto to reset them.
